The Nottingham 'Robin Hood' Marathon, is a race in Nottingham, England held every year since 1981, with the exception of 2020. The race today incorporates a half-marathon and a fun-run. A corporate relay event is also held in which teams of five runners from local companies and businesses run legs of 2–3 miles on the half-marathon course.

The Robin Hood Stakes is a Listed flat horse race in Great Britain open to horses aged three years or older. It is run at Nottingham over a distance of 1 mile and 75 yards (1,678 metres), and is scheduled to take place each year in late October or early November.
There are actually two courses at Nottingham, one inside the other. They are both approximately 1 1/2 miles round and are left-handed. The inner, which was the national hunt course, is used, during spring and autumn, and has a 5 furlong straight, the outer is used during summer and has a 6 furlong straight.
