Estelle Ishigo (July 15, 1899 – February 25, 1990), née Peck, was an American artist known for her watercolors, pencil and charcoal drawings, and sketches.During World War II she and her husband were incarcerated at the Heart Mountain Relocation Center in Wyoming.
He made a series the pencil sketches that he engraved on his return to London, and which were posthumously published as Twenty Views in Paris and its Environs. In 1802, Girtin produced a panorama of London, the "Eidometropolis", 5.5 metres (18 ft) high and 33 metres (108 ft) in circumference, which was exhibited that year.
The drawing is a study for a painted portrait, now lost; the last known copy was destroyed by fire at Knepp Castle in West Grinstead, Sussex, in 1904. [ 3 ] [ 163 ] A drawing of his wife, Lady Elizabeth Rich, by Holbein, is also in the Royal Collection; [ 159 ] a related painting by Holbein's workshop is in the Metropolitan Museum of Art .
