Tsukasa Kotobuki (ことぶき つかさ, Kotobuki Tsukasa, born 1970) is a Japanese character designer for various games and anime series such as Saber Marionette J, VS Knight Lamune & 40 Fire, Cyber Team in Akihabara and Battle Arena Toshinden.
