About Mamaroneck. The Village of Mamaroneck was incorporated in 1895. Residents on either side of the Mamaroneck River realized that the growing community needed services to develop from a rural farming community to a healthy commercial village.

Court is generally in session in the courtroom each week on Tuesdays for vehicle and traffic violations, landlord/tenant actions, civil actions, small claims, Village code matters and parking tickets and on Thursdays for criminal matters. Court sessions commence at 9:30 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Directs the Village’s treasury management, debt management and computerization programs. Processes all vendor claims for payment and the bi-weekly payroll. Processes real property tax bills for Village and Library District and maintains property tax accounts and records collections.
