Ritu Negi (born 30 May 1992) is an Indian kabaddi player from HImachal Pradesh. She is the captain of the Indian team which won the gold medal at the 2022 Asian Games . [ 1 ] The Indian team defeated Chinese Taipei in the final, held on 7 October 2023.

In 2024, the first World Beach Kabaddi Championship was held in Iran and was won by the hosts. [1] [2] With the return of international kabaddi post COVID-19 pandemic and the 2022 Asian Games, the IKF in 2024 announced the calendar with start of the World Beach Kabaddi Championship in 2024. [3]
