St. Andrew's Community Hospital (SACH) is a non-profit hospital based in Singapore.It was established in 1992 and runs as a service of St. Andrew's Mission Hospital. [1] It provides intermediate medical care to the patients, primarily focusing on rehabilitation and sub-acute care.

[2] In April 2020, visits to all nursing homes in Singapore were suspended after a COVID-19 cluster was discovered in the home along Thomson Lane on 31 March.
Ang Mo Kio – Thye Hua Kwan Hospital (AMK-THKH) is a 370-bed community hospital in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. As a community hospital, care is primarily focused on providing affordable rehabilitative and sub-acute care for geriatric patients. Admission is via referral. AMK-THKH does not have an emergency department.
