Here's a ca. 1910 U.S. cover (from ), and here are some illustrations by Paul Avril (1843-1928) from a 1908 French publication. That 1910 one seemed best, though tamer of course than some of those illustrations--I uploaded it at Image:Fanny Hill 1910 cover.jpg. Others can be uploaded as well of course.
