My Mirena has been out for over 9 months, & not 1 period. I have had blood work done for pregnancy, my thyroid, & other possible issues. We have had scans done & an internal ultrasound to ensure its not cancer, all came back fine. Could this have been caused by the mirena? After doing a little bit of research I found out that there is a thing called a Mirena crash. Basically when you get the mirena removed your body has pregnancy symptoms but they will go away in a month or so unless you are pregnant. I got mine taken out in Oct. and my cycle is pretty regular and my symptoms went away after the first month.
