This would be the equivalent of you owning the songs and I don't think Spotify will allow that. There is a way to transfer playlists to Deezer and download music in MP3 from there (Google it, there are many tools to download from Deezer), but it's not perfect obviously. Hey did you end up finding a solution for this?

I'd convert your playlist to Deezer and then download high quality FLAC files from a telegram bot. Here's some info that will help you! MP3 is the worst codec You can't get mp3 from spotify, it encodes the 320kbps OGG vorbis into mp3, a big quality loss. Any format other than mp3 will be better.
I have used Pazu Spotify Converter fine. Although Spotify does not serve in native lossless, the converter will spit out a flac. Of course you know once the MP3 has been compressed, the loss of quality is forever. So not sure of the reason to flac an MP3. I just got into double and a few other online converters for Spotify.
After you Shazam a song there will be a button that says 'import to Spotify ' or 'listen in spotify' and when you click it, Shazam will automatically create a Playlist on Spotify and import the songs there. At least this is what happens with me, can't remember if I had to configure something. Once you put the local file songs in the playlist ...
Got somes new serious issue. I figured out that when I download a playlist, some track are getting fully downloaded and some others partially. Once I finished to download a playlist, I sorted em by size then I played thoses with 6mb size or less and figured out that I only had a part of the music.
