Bell Sports is an American bicycle and motorcycle helmet manufacturer. The company is a subsidiary of Vista Outdoor . BRG Sports, owner of Riddell football helmets , sold some of its brands (including Bell, Giro , C-Preme, and Blackburn) to Vista in 2016.
