There is an H.264 export presets in the lossless category that you can use to batch convert a bunch of video files although you’ll have to tinker with it a bit to get it to be like the H.264 in the Convert to Edit Friendly menu. The H.264 in the lossless category is not the same as the one in Convert To Edit Friendly.
