I have a 1994 Sierra K1500 with a 4.3 V6 - zero compression on cylinder #1. I would replace the heads but the engine has about 158K and I'm leaning more towards installing a fresh 5.7 - a crate 350 is actually cheaper than a crate 262, so I'm going with the 5.7 - I don't really care about 4 extra MPG.
