Jerod Elton Tufte [1] (born April 9, 1975) is an American lawyer and jurist who has served as a justice of the North Dakota Supreme Court since 2017. He previously served as state's attorney for Kidder County, counsel for Governor Jack Dalrymple, and district judge.
