The BYD Sealion 05 DM-i (Chinese: 比亚迪海獅05 DM-i; pinyin: Bǐyǎdí Hǎishī 05 DM-i) is a plug-in hybrid compact crossover SUV manufactured by BYD Auto since 2024. A sister model of the BYD Song Pro, the Sealion 05 DM-i is part of the "Sealion" (海狮; Hǎishī) line-up of SUVs under the Ocean Series product line-up that are distributed through Ocean Network dealerships in China.
The BYD Destroyer 05 is powered by BYD's DM-i hybrid EHS system in two variants with two battery sizes. Both versions are fitted with a 1.5-litre petrol engine producing 81 kW (109 hp; 110 PS) and come with either one or two electric motors based on trim levels for a combined output of 132 kW (177 hp; 179 PS) or 145 kW (194 hp; 197 PS) respectively.
