The Masked Singer is an American reality singing competition television series based on the South Korean television program King of Mask Singer.The show, which involves celebrities singing anonymously in elaborate full-body costumes, was developed by Craig Plestis and is hosted by Nick Cannon.
The format is very similar to its predecessor; featuring three groups, with each group having five costumes. Each group will go through three episodes where one contestant will be eliminated in each episode. The two left in each group will join together in the episode called "Lucky 6 Speed Guessing".
