Odell School is an unincorporated community in northwestern Cabarrus County, North Carolina, United States, named for W. R. Odell Elementary School, a part of the Cabarrus County Schools system. It lies between Huntersville and Concord. The school is for grades 3-5. The school year typically begins in August and ends in June.
The school is a part of the Cabarrus County Schools system. While the school has a Concord mailing address, it is physically located in the city limits of neighboring Kannapolis. [2] It opened in 1966, merging the former high schools in the Odell and Winecoff communities.
