The College of Public Health and Health Professions is the school of public health and other health professions of the University of Florida.The college was established by the Florida Board of Regents in 1958 as a separate school within the J. Hillis Miller Health Science Center and is a member of the ASPPH and CEPH.

The University of Florida's Gainesville campus began offering pharmacy degrees in 1923. [7] The pharmacy campus is part of UF Health, which is the country's only academic health center with six health-related colleges [8] (Medicine, Nursing, Public Health and Health Professions, Dentistry, and Veterinary Medicine), nine research centers and institutes and 10 hospitals.
The UF Health Proton Therapy Institute is located on the hospital's campus. In addition to UF Health Jacksonville, UF College of Medicine - Jacksonville faculty physicians provide patient care at seven other major medical centers and more than 36 primary and specialty satellite practices across North Florida and South Georgia.
