Central Expressway near NorthPark Center. The Central project was first proposed by Dallas City Planner George E. Kessler in 1911, who suggested that the city buy the right of way of the Houston and Texas Central Railway (H&TC) to remove the railway tracks and construct a Central Boulevard (later renamed the Central Expressway project) in their place.

The High Five Interchange is one of the first five-level stack interchanges built in Dallas, Texas.Located at the junction of the Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway (Interstate 635, or I-635) and the Central Expressway (U.S. Highway 75, or US 75), it replaces an antiquated combination interchange constructed in the 1960s.
One of Marriott's High-priced brands with 5 star hotels, the hotels are primarily targeted to business travelers, but also accommodate traveling families.
