Casa de Cadillac is a Cadillac-Buick-GMC dealership located at 14401 Ventura Boulevard, in Sherman Oaks, California. Due to its classic Googie architecture and tenure in the area, the dealership building, built in 1949, has become an architectural landmark in the San Fernando Valley .
The building remained continuously occupied by car dealerships for eighty-two years. [2] In 1955, it was opened as a Cadillac dealership by Harry Addison, and was known as Addison on Bay. It later became Canada's largest Cadillac dealership, [4] and by the 1980s was operated by former Member of Parliament John Hollings Addison.

[4] Cadillac Development Corporation was founded by partners Ephraim Diamond (d. 2008), Joseph Berman (1922–2003), and Jack Kamin in Toronto in 1953 as a developer of high-rise apartment buildings.
