The Premier Arena Soccer League (PASL) was a professional men's and women's indoor soccer league; along with a number of amateur teams across North America. The PASL was previously known as the Federation of Sports Arenas (FSA). [1] The PASL logo formerly belonged to what is now the Major Arena Soccer League.
The team was founded on November 24, 1993, and played in the Continental Indoor Soccer League (CISL). After playing in the 1994 and 1995 CISL seasons, the Grizzlies folded in February 1996. [1] The team played at San Jose Arena, which they shared with the San Jose Sharks, [2] and had an average attendance of 3,712 across both seasons.

It is the home stadium of the San Jose Earthquakes of Major League Soccer (MLS) and Bay FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
