The Holm Center, formerly known as the Air Force Officer Accession and Training Schools (AFOATS), retains direct responsibility for both AFROTC and OTS. AFROTC is the largest and oldest source of commissioned officers for the U.S. Air Force. [2] AFROTC's stated mission is to produce quality leaders for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force.
