On 27 April 2013, the club was reformed under the name NK Novi Travnik and started playing in the SBK Canton League, winning the league in its first season, as well as winning the divisional cup. The following season, the club once again topped the table and was promoted to the First League of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. [2]
Clubs also compete in the league and national cup competitions for places in the following season's UEFA club competitions, the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. Adnan Kovačević (pronounced [ǎdnan koʋâːtʃeʋitɕ]; born 9 September 1993) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for I liga club Miedź Legnica. In 2010 it was the first club in the Netherlands to enter the newly formed 'Top Class'. Despite only having 15 members when founded, by the time of the club's 50th anniversary (1945) it had over 700. By AFC's 100-year existence (1995) it has more than 1,500 members and in summer 2016 the club, including non-playing donors, over 2,100 members.
