On December 25, 2005, Branden Bullard ("Baby Loc"), the head of the Grape Street Crips, was shot in the face. This led to a violent feud between the Bounty Hunter Bloods and Grape Street Crips which lasted for months. The first Blood to die was within an hour of Bullard's shooting.
