Fidelity Netbenefits 401K transaction downloads all "Unidentified Security". This issue is a bug that has been reported to our Development and Product teams for further investigation and resolution. Though we do not currently have an ETA, once a solution is created it will be made available as part of a future release. (CTP-7302)
After this morning's update release R14.27 to Q18, the Fidelity Netbenefits issue still exists for me. Second the above- deja vu all over again from last fall- even adding the BLNK to the acct numbers- supposedly fidelity was working on their back end and we lost netbenefits downloading at that time .
The current problem is a difference in total value between Quicken and Fidelity. I've noted these specific differences. Fidelity shows SSGA Income Fund values, but Quicken split the total value into two holdings: State Street Income; the most shares. SSGA Income Fund; a few shares but they both total correctly.

Fidelity NetBenefits (Q Mac) I've seen other posts where Quicken users are having connection issues with Fidelity NetBenefits starting in early March 2023. My issue is different: When I connect, the balances that are displayed in Quicken are different (less) than what I see when logged in to Fidelity directly. This is by about half.
I would be way more patient with these problems if we had regular status and progress updates from Quicken. In case Quicken is listening, Fidelity NetBenefits says to call this number 😉. After deactivation updates for with Fidelity NetBenefits account I cannot reactivate them. NetBenefits can have 401K account and linked to it brokerage account. On reactivate, I see only linked brokerage account and no 401K itself.
I continue to experience issues with downloads from Fidelity Net Benefits from my 401K accounts. I think this is related to the doubling security issue (Ticket #10099840). Still, on my most recent transactions from 3/31/23, the transactions didn't recognize security or the number of shares and details were entered into the Memo field.

I have a quicken file with two dozen accounts, including two Fidelity NetBenefits 403b/401a accounts from Fidelity NetBenefits/401k.com. Recently when I updated the accounts, these two fidelity accounts' balances changed to $0, which is incorrect. Details: Market value shows $0 in the ledger and top right of the account window.
