Che Puan Julia Abdul Rais, (born 19 February 1971) is a Malaysian former model and actress.She is a member of the Bendahara dynasty as the second wife of Abdullah of Pahang, the 6th modern Sultan of Pahang and 16th Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia.
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King) of Malaysia, as well as several Heads of States, have bestowed titles upon her. In 2003, she was conferred the highest honorary title of Tun along with her husband, Mahathir, by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong. After her husband was crowned as the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei, she succeeded her mother-in-law, Pengiran Anak Damit, as Raja Isteri (queen consort). [1] [2] She is the mother of Crown Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah. [3]

Previously, she was the 16th Raja Permaisuri Agong (Queen consort of Malaysia) during her husband's reign as the 16th Yang di-Pertuan Agong from 2019 to 2024. She is also the younger sister of the 17th and current Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Ibrahim .
