Robert Michael O'Hare Jr. (May 6, 1952 – September 28, 2012) was an American actor who performed on stage and television. He was best known for playing the lead role of space station Commander Jeffrey Sinclair in the first season of the science fiction television series Babylon 5.

Sheridan enlists G'Kar's Narn to augment his security forces under Garibaldi. Sheridan then announces Babylon 5 ' s secession from the Earth Alliance. Delenn reaches the Grey Council. When they refuse to speak with her, she barges into their chamber and addresses them, warning that all of their prophecies have come to pass.
Most of the surviving original Babylon 5 cast, with the exception of Jason Carter, who played Marcus Cole, returned to voice the characters they had previously portrayed. (The credits feature a dedication to the regular and recurring cast members who have died since the series' end in 1998.) The film was produced by Sam Register. [5]
