The Bayview School II in Bayview in Kootenai County, Idaho was a historic school built in 1911. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. [1]It replaced a 1900-built one-room log schoolhouse which had been Bayview's first schoolhouse.
Approximately four miles (6.5 km) west of Bayview, Farragut State Park is sited on the grounds of the former Farragut Naval Training Station at the foot of the Coeur d'Alene Mountains in the Bitterroot Range. At 4,000 acres (6.3 sq mi; 16 km 2), it is one of Idaho's largest state parks and borders Lake Pend Oreille. [9]
