High School in Don Bosco School may be divided into three; Junior High School (Grades 7-8), High School (Grades 9-10), and Senior High School (Grades 11-12). The curriculum for high school is virtually the same with the grade school with the only exceptions are; Mother Tongue, and Penmanship are removed and GMRC is renamed into RHGP.
Integration and addition of certain courses are on the testing stage in line with the first ever accreditation attempt of the High School for its 80 years of existence. Currently, the UST Junior High School holds a Level II - Re-Accredited status by the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU).
The following year, the school was given a "candidate status" by the PAASCU. In 2015, the school was granted permit by the Department of Education to offer Senior High School (Grades 11 and 12) beginning School Year 2016–2017. It was also during this year that the current vision-mission and core values of the school were introduced.
The high school department received its first accreditation by the PAASCU in 1992, and the grade school department in 1997. [1] The high school department was granted a level 3 accreditation in 2007, and was once again given the same level re-accredited status in 2012. A new five-story building for the high school campus was erected in 1997.
