Porsche will make its Super GT return for the first time since 2021. Porsche Carrera Cup Japan team Seven x Seven Racing will make their debut in Super GT for this season as they entered a Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) car with Yokohama Tires, and the team operated by KF Motorsport which owned by Two-time GT500 champion Kiyoto Fujinami.

Super GT (stylized as SUPER GT) is a sports car racing series that began in 1993. In an agreement between WSC Ltd and Japan TCR Management, the TCR Japan Series began in 2019. The competition takes advantage of the success of the class in the Super Taikyu Series and runs on the same weekends as the Super Formula, the most important single-seater category in Japan.
