The John Lair House and Stables, at the northeast corner of U.S. Route 25 and Hummel Rd. in Renfro Valley, Kentucky, was built in 1944. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995. The listing included two contributing buildings. [1] Its conceptual design was by John Lair; the architect was Wayne W. Haffler.

Lake Linville is a 356-acre (1.44 km 2) reservoir in Rockcastle County, Kentucky.It was created in 1968 [1] by the construction of the earthen Renfro Dam, 72 feet (22 m) high with a length of 1,100 feet (340 m), owned and operated by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
In Perryville, the route runs concurrently with US 68 for less than two blocks. KY 52 also begins to run concurrently with US 150. In Danville, US 150 and KY 52 intersect US 127 Byp./US 150 Byp. (Danville Bypass). As both routes approach downtown, KY 34 and later US 127 briefly join in. After leaving downtown, KY 52 leaves US 150.
