Daniel Kingsley Povenmire (/ ˈ p ɒ v ən m aɪər / POV-ən-mire; [5] born September 18, 1963) [6] is an American animator, voice actor, writer, director, and producer. With Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, Povenmire co-created the Disney Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb and Milo Murphy's Law, in both of which he voiced the character Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz.

At the end of the roast, Dr. Doofenshmirtz reveals that it was a scheme to take over the Chibiverse by covering it with glue using his "I'm Rubber And You're Glue Whatever You Say Bounces Off Of Me And Sticks To You-Inator". The Inator then self destructs after the chibis compliment Dr. Doofenshmirtz.

Charlene Doofenshmirtz (voiced by Allison Janney) is the former wife of Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz and shares custody of their daughter, Vanessa. Unaware of Dr. Doofenshmirtz's "evil" side, and in fact saying she does not believe someone can ever be truly evil, she divorced him due to a lack of common interests and having different life-goals.
The children ride the rollercoaster, which twists around the city. Doofenshmirtz, meanwhile, reveals that he is using the tin foil to cover the eastern seaboard, then using a magnet to pull it, thereby reversing the Earth's rotation with the Magnetism Magnifier. Perry fights him, but Doofenshmirtz manages to get the magnet activated.
As a result, Perry's nemesis, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, comes out unharmed from the effects of the now-destroyed machine. Over time, everything is altered and the Tri-State Area becomes childproof for fear of a repeat of Phineas and Ferb's dangerous activities. Doofenshmirtz eventually gains the upper hand, effectively becoming the ruler.
