Loop 109 is located in Elgin. Loop 109 was designated on August 2, 1943, as a loop off SH 20/SH 95 in Elgin with a connection from SH 95 north of town to old SH 20. The route was formerly SH 20 (now US 290) before it was rerouted. On October 25, 1990, a 0.6-mile (0.97 km) section in Elgin was transferred to FM 1100.
Loop 11 (Loop 11), also known locally as Beverly Loop, is located in northwestern Wichita Falls. Loop 11 begins at an intersection with Bus. US 277 (Bus.
