In the episode, the parents of South Park hire the owner and operator of the local City Wok, Mr. Tuong Lu Kim, to build a Great Wall around the city to protect their children from kidnappers. Just as Mr. Tuong Lu Kim almost finishes the wall, Mongolians arrive to try to break through.
Meanwhile, Tuong Lu Kim takes on South Park's new Japanese resident, who has put a sushi restaurant right next to his City Wok. [1] The episode was written by series co-creator Trey Parker and is rated TV-MA in the United States. It parodies several horror films, such as Psycho, Paranormal Activity and the thriller Identity.

Recently smuggled into the United States by the Triads, Wing has been set to audition for American Idol, and the boys agree to bring her to Los Angeles for the competition.
Kyle deduces that if the boys can retrieve Ike themselves in the few days before Christmas, the donations would be unnecessary, thus the boys bargain with City Wok owner Tuong Lu Kim to fly to Canada. During the flight, the plane suffers from mechanical troubles and runs out of gas. Tuong parachutes from the plane, leaving the four boys inside.
