TV Animation Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc Original Soundtrack (TVアニメ「鬼滅の刃」竈門炭治郎 立志編 オリジナルサウンドトラック, Terebi Anime「Kimetsu no Yaiba」Kamado Tanjirō Risshi-hen Orijinaru Saundotorakku) is the soundtrack album to the first season of the anime series.
It follows teenage Tanjiro Kamado, who strives to become a Demon Slayer after his family was slaughtered and his younger sister, Nezuko, is turned into a demon. The series' first season premiered in April 2019, having aired on Tokyo MX and other networks, while from the second season onwards it has aired on Fuji TV .
The lyrics were written by Ufotable. This song sounds a bit like lullaby and expresses the determination of the main character, Tanjiro Kamado, who stands up from despair and struggles to protect his younger sister Nezuko. Early sketches of Nezuko and Tanjiro. Tanjiro Kamado originates from Koyoharu Gotouge's ideas involving a one-shot with Japanese motifs. Tatsuhiko Katayama, their editor, was worried about the one-shot crusade being too dark for the young demographic and asked Gotouge if they could write another type of the main character who would be "brighter". Tanjiro is overpowered by Rui and Nezuko is forced to intervene. Seeing their bond, Rui declares her his new sister, before revealing his rank as Lower Five. He takes Nezuko and restrains her.
