Vincent Birch Freeman (born 25 December 1936) is a Ghanaian educationist who was headmaster of Accra Academy from 1986 to 1996 and headmaster of Ebenezer Senior High School from 1974 to 1986. He served as president of the Conference of Heads of Assisted Secondary Schools from January 1996 to December 1996. [1] [2]
