Sometimes, it will ask for an extra confirmation of the password or the user name, and if you just try to log in blindly, you won't get in. For those who want to "speak" to someone in IT, that will never happen.

The website isn’t recognizing my email address as a valid login, except on my phone. It makes no sense. When I go to login on my laptop, the website says, “Hmm, something went wrong. Try again, or contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788.”. I’ve called, I’ve emailed, I’ve rebooted. Nothing works.

Re: For those having trouble signing in or having to change your password! 07-15-2021 06:35 PM. So far, of late, I'm not seeing any issues. The only difference is that it keeps me logged in for at least a few days (haven't counted) and then, one day, it's time to log in again. At least that's a nice improvement.
There must have been some change that affects how login credentials are treated for page transitions. For me, it's been tied to the new login page. I could sign in (and stay signed in) getting to the forums when I used the old page with light background/red font. Usually took two or 3 tries, but still worked eventually.
