Stephen Carroll Gostkowski (/ ɡ ɒ s t ˈ k aʊ s k i / gost-KOW-skee; [1] [a] born January 28, 1984) is an American former professional football player who was a placekicker in the National Football League (NFL) for 15 seasons. A member of the New England Patriots for most of his career, he is the franchise's all-time leading scorer.
