Fathimath Dhiyana Saeed (Dhivehi: ފާތިމަތު ދިޔާނާ ސައީދު; born 22 November 1974 [citation needed]) is a Maldivian diplomat who served as the Secretary-General of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC). She was the first woman to hold this post since the organization's inception in 1985.

[2] Before becoming SAARC Secretary General, he was special secretary at Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
