The Dukes have qualified for the NCAA Division I Football Championship playoffs three times, earning automatic bids as NEC champion in 2015, 2018, and 2023. The team plays its home games at the 2,200-seat Arthur J. Rooney Athletic Field in Pittsburgh. Jerry Schmitt has served as head coach for the Dukes since 2005.
