I came to this article specificially to find the meaning of mirliton, after seeing the "Dance of the Mirlitons" on Youtube (Tchaikowsky - Nutcracker Ballet: Dance of the Mirlitons - Kirov Ballet). I'm still wondering which, if any, of the meanings of mirliton in this article is relevant to the dance. Thanks.
