I tried AMD Software: Pro Edition instead of the Adrenalin one. Same issue. I downloaded a previous version (Adrenalin 22.5.1) and downgraded. And this time, I made sure to reset everything to fabric ...

Run the program called DDU .. remove all past/present GPU drivers and residue .. reboot . .and THEN install latest GPU drivers from AMD.com. Make sure you Windows install is up to date. If this truly fixes it, it may seem that the latest Adrenalin Drivers (24.3.1) along side the Intel Ethernet driver coming from Asus/Armory Crate (2.1.3.3) are conflicting with each other for a power state driver delay on cold boot causing the Blue Screen. 04-07-2024 08:56 AM. AMD driver update. Hey guys I am using the AMD Radeon 5700 XT for my x64 bit desktop PC. I did a few things to get windows 11 compliant such as enabling TPM 2.0. However I tried to update my AMD driver for my GPU before and after launching windows update which had updates to the .NET framework and security.
It did not. I ended up "fixing" the mouse lag by going into my Device manager program, clicking on Display adapters, and right clicking to disable the AMD Radeon (TM) R4 Graphics driver. This solved the issue immediately, and now, it pops up again once windows re-updates (presumably re-enabling the driver).
