Robinson received the status of a full-fledged IB diploma school for the 2008–2009 school year. The first class of IB students graduated in 2010. Only 150 spots are open every year for Robinson High's IB program. Robinson High School also had the highest number of National Merit semi finalists in Hillsborough County in 2015. [4]

Opened 54 years ago in 1971, Robinson is located south of Braddock Road near George Mason University, and is administered by the Fairfax County Public Schools. It offers the International Baccalaureate program, and has approximately 3,900 students in grades 7–12. Robinson's school colors are royal blue and gold, and the school mascot is a ram.

Robinson Community Unit School District 2 (Robinson CUSD #2) is a school district headquartered in Robinson, Illinois, United States. As of 2020 the superintendent is Josh Quick. [2] The first high school was established in 1885, and a one room schoolhouse already existed at that time. [3]
The building had been in use as a school house since the 1920s. Robinson I.S.D. encompasses many small rural towns, including Golinda, Levi, Rosenthal, Asa, Downsville, and Mooreville. Jason Tucker, who played football for the Cincinnati Bengals and Dallas Cowboys, attended Robinson for Junior High and High School, graduating in 1994.
Circa 2016 the school had 500 students. [2] New facilities in the administration building opened in 2015; [3] the ministry spent $2 million U.S. dollars, including $400,000 for furniture and other infrastructure, to develop an administration building, [4] which included not only the offices of administrative officials but also additional classrooms, a library, and a printing room.
