Pennsylvania Route 41 (PA 41) is a 22-mile-long (35 km) state highway located in southeastern Pennsylvania, United States. The southern terminus of the route is at the Delaware state line in Kennett Township, where the road continues as Delaware Route 41 (DE 41). The northern terminus is at U.S. Route 30 (US 30) in Gap.

Today, parts of the road are signed as U.S. Route 1 (US 1), US 13, and a small portion of Pennsylvania Route 41 (PA 41). A section of the road within the city limits of Philadelphia and surrounding boroughs is known as Baltimore Avenue , although locals are known to call the Delaware County portion "Baltimore Pike".

Pennsylvania Route 36 is east of the main parcel and is north and south oriented, Pennsylvania Route 868 passes between the parcels and is also north and south oriented.
