Hello, I hooked up Apple TV gen 4 (not 4K version) and I wanted to add some apps but the Apple App Store icon is missing. I read online that some have had luck by resetting the device back to factory settings by doing a reset. I figured this although inconvenient was a reasonable course of action since I found no other way to resolve this problem.
Adjust size of icons on Apple TV -- OS17 update. I just updated my Apple TV to the latest OS17 software. The app icons are much smaller now. Showing 6 icons across the home screen. I believe it was 5 across with the previous OS, which I much prefer.

The Home icon may not show if none of the scenes, automations, or other controls have functionality for interaction through Apple TV (4th generation or later). There is no Home app for Apple TV, neither pre-installed, nor in the App Store.

How to Find missing "TV App icon" on iPad. i am new to iPad. i updated it to ver 10.2 I think. I googled and found out that Videos app has been replaced by TV App on iPad. I found the app by swiping to one side until a search box came up at the top of the screen and I typed in TV app. This showed the TV app and allowed me to play the movie.
