It looks like "Volumes 3 & 4" are "season 2". "The Great Escape" is indeed the last episode in "Volume 4"... One more thing – iTunes has the episode title of 2.1 as "Griff Is in the House", etc. I really think we should flip the titles for the first 5 episodes of season #5 – the second titles seem to be the correct ones.
