Chhattisgarhi Cinema also known as Chhollywood refers to the film industry of Chhattisgarh state, Central India, or to films created in the Chhattisgarhi language. It was established in 1965 with the release of the first Chhattisgarhi-language film, Kahi Debe Sandesh .

The success of the debut film made him a star [10] and he had eight releases a year and 4 silver jubilee hits, the only lead actor to do so in Chhattisgarhi films. [5] Some of his movies like Maya, [ 10 ] Mister Tetkuram [ 11 ] and Mahu Diwana Tahu Diwani, were a big success and got him best actor award four times. [ 2 ]
The story presents Bhakla and Birju, who are residents of Mahuabhata. As they are fighting over land one day, Birju dies after accidentally falling on a plough. Bhakla has a family so the villagers are not inclined to send him to jail. Instead they request that Ganjha, a lonely old man from the same village, confess to the murder.
Satyajeet Dubey was born in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India. He studied classes 9th and 10th from St. Francis Senior Secondary School Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh and after completing his schooling in 2007 he moved to Mumbai to become an actor. He did backstage for theatre productions where he witnessed veteran actors performing on stage.
