Triay was a Minorcan settler who came to St. Augustine from Andrew Turnbull's New Smyrna colony. The Triay family owned the home through 1834, and the original house stood on the site as a residence and served in various commercial capacities until 1904 when a two-story house was built.
The Fullerwood Park Residential Historic District is a U.S. historic district in St. Augustine, Florida. The district is roughly bounded on the north by Hildreth Drive, the south by Macaris Street, the west by San Marco Avenue and east by Hospital Creek. State Road 206 (SR 206) is a 14.5-mile-long (23.3 km) 2-lane-wide, state highway completely within St. Johns County in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of Florida. It extends from SR 207 south-southwest of Spuds to SR A1A in Crescent Beach, two blocks west of the Atlantic Ocean.
SR 207 mainly goes through farming area. The Seminole Electric power plant, and the Georgia Pacific paper mill in Putnam County along the St. Johns River can be seen from the road. Much of the road includes crossings and trailheads for the Palatka-to-St. Augustine State Trail, including a trailhead on a former segment of the road in Elkton. [2]
