Southeast Financial Center [4] is a two-acre development in Miami, Florida, United States. It consists of a 765 feet (233 m) tall office skyscraper and its 15-story parking garage. It was previously known as the Southeast Financial Center (1984–1992), the First Union Financial Center (1992–2003) and the Wachovia Financial Center (2003–2011).
The Q41 runs between the Rockaway Boulevard station and 109th Avenue. The Q40 runs between 142nd and 143rd Streets. Westbound Q112 buses run from 99th Street to the Rockaway Boulevard station, where it terminates. Under the Redesign, a new route would also terminate at the Rockaway Boulevard station, but provide service from Linden Boulevard.
It was followed a year later by the Shrine Building (Miami, Florida), an application of Art Deco with local Seminole Indian motifs added as an interesting twist. Both were covered in a 1988 study of Downtown Miami historic resources, but were not NRHP-listed due to owner objections at the time.
In September 1957, Miami real estate developer Vaughan Connelly bought the hotel for $2 million ($21.7 million in 2023). [2] He subsequently took out a mortgage on the property from the Teamsters Union, who foreclosed on the mortgage and acquired the property in 1960. [3] By April 1963, Connelly was bankrupt. [4]
The north end of the Rockaway Line is a junction with the IND Fulton Street Line just east of Rockaway Boulevard. The line starts out as tracks F3 and F4 and descend from an elevated structure to the surface. Then the right-of-way widens to be four tracks wide. Trains in service going south then diverge from F3, and go onto F1.
