Guru Har Krishan (Gurmukhi: ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ, pronunciation: [ɡʊruː həɾ kɾɪʃən]; 7 July 1656 – 30 March 1664 [1]) also known as Bal Guru (Child Guru), [2] or Hari Krishan Sahib, [3] [4] was the eighth of the ten Sikh Gurus.
He later took Sannyasa (life of renunciation) in the Chandannath Temple, Jumla District, where his guru named him Yogi Naraharinath. [ 3 ] At the age of nine, he was enrolled into the Vatukbhairavanath Siddha Chandannath Bhasha Pathshala in Jumla, and later he migrated to India aged eight and learned Sanskrit language .
He is considered as the incarnation of Lord Krishna (Hari) and Krishna's flute by the followers. [3] A follower of Prema Bhakti and devotee of Radharani as the ultimate Supreme Power. [ 4 ] He was the Guru of Jaimal Rathore , ruler of Martha State and brother of Mirabai .
