A moderate outbreak of mostly weak tornadoes impacted the Ohio Valley region beginning on the evening of June 22, and continuing into the early morning hours of June 23. Most of the tornadoes occurred in Illinois. An EF1 tornado struck the town of Troy Grove, Illinois, downing numerous trees and tree limbs throughout town.
